Bart's Exchange is one of the village shops found in Viva Piñata transform items into other items. Bart will open his shop when after reaching level 9. Tickets purchased here can be used to make Bart transform items.
Tickets come in different values -- Bronze, Silver, and Gold, with varying cost and effectiveness, with Bronze having a 25% chance of working, silver a 50% chance, and gold working all of the time. However, gold tickets cost more than ten times the amount of a bronze ticket. If a tinker fails then you lose the original item and you get absolutely nothing.
