Shiraishi Chippopotamus is a character found in the Viva Piñata TV series. He is a sumo wrestler. Drumstick Chippopotamus is his assistant and junior apprentice. He cannot speak in English and Drumstick has to translate his speech for others to understand.

He is a blue Variant Chippopotamus, and wears a sumo wrestler hairdo as well as a mustache. His face is purple-blue.

Sumo Tsunami[]
After Fergy Fudgehog realizes that the sumo match occurs in a few hours he starts to try to make Shiraishi angry to get kicked out of the match. However, in doing so he instead manages to cure his back injury and complement his figure. The match starts and Shiraishi goes against Fergy Fudgehog. Fergy remembers that whoever wears the sumo diaper will be considered in the match. He used this fact against Langston Lickatoad to get him hurt by being in the match against Shiraishi.
