Jeffe was the original monitor of Piñata Central until Langston Lickatoad kicked him out. He appears in Viva Pinata: Trouble in Paradise during the P-Factor as a judge and he says "If you eat enough candy and pull a face in the wind you'll become a piñata, I never want to see another piece of candy let alone a piñata full of it." According to this quote and his general appearance he may have transformed into a piñata. Because of this he prefers piñata with lower candiosity.
